We speak to you about your event to gather every detail. We propose a package, including the number of bars, baristas, branding options and length of service.
You receive a detailed quotation, explained simply, and we follow up to answer questions. Once agreed, we secure a deposit, book the event, and begin preparations.
We guide you through the logistics, including Health & Safety and RAMS documents, organising branded items, and meticulously checking event and venue details.
We set off the night before service, and let you know. The team arrive and work with the on-site contact. We test everything is working correctly in advance.
We serve for the whole agreed period, restocking when needed. If it is a multi-day event, we check in towards the end of day one. We pack down and clear away at the end.
We contact you to discuss the event and gain your feedback. If needed, we can store your remaining branded items for future events.
