How do I book a coffee bar in London?

To make a booking, call us on 0345 257 5900, email hello@thebarista.co.uk or contact us via our online contact form. We’ll gather the information we need and one of our sales managers will get back to you with a quote. If you decide to proceed, we’ll send you an online booking confirmation form to sign and raise a 40% booking pro forma invoice. Once the invoice is paid and your form is signed, your booking is secure. Our operations team will be in touch to organise all the finer details and you can contact us at any time to discuss your event.
Does your London coffee bar for hire include a barista?

Yes, our offering is a fully serviced coffee bar complete with a professional barista to serve your guests on the day. Our barista’s service will reflect your brand, but we always offer service with a warm smile. We love nothing more than looking after your guests and we’re known by our customers for always adding a touch of class, character and flair to the events we attend.
Can The Barista provide a bar unit, and what bar types are available?

Yes. We can work to your own custom build or provide one of our own bar units. Our bar units are available in plain white and plain black, but we can create branded bars featuring your logo, messaging or design. The coffee machines are stainless silver and sit on top of the bar units.
Does The Barista offer branding customisation options?

Yes, we wholeheartedly believe in the power of branding and can ensure our offering sits seamlessly alongside your existing brand. We can offer branded cups, aprons, bar units, and even stencils for cappuccinos. See more branding options for barista services.
Does The Barista offer refreshments other than coffee?

Yes, our standard menu includes luxurious Belgian hot chocolate, Yorkshire Tea and a selection of speciality teas. We can also provide full smoothie and juice bars, as well as custom branded juice bottles.
Can you travel beyond London for coffee bar hire?

Yes, we work at events throughout the UK and Europe. If you have an event further afield, please get in touch for a chat.
What do the event baristas wear?

Our standard uniform is a white shirt or blouse, black bib apron, black trousers and smart black shoes. However, you can provide corporate attire if you would prefer, or change to something more casual.
What coffee do you use?

We use our signature blend, Northern Espresso, a smooth and balanced blend that’s ethically and sustainably sourced. The blend changes slightly with the seasons, so we ensure every full-time event barista is fully trained on how to serve each blend. Find out more.
